Northbull Imports is a machinery sourcing and order service operated by the Finnish company North Global Oy. We specialise in helping customers source machinery from trusted Chinese manufacturers – directly from the factory to the customer.
We have nearly 15 years of experience working with Chinese factories. North Global Oy acts between the customer and independent manufacturing partners and coordinates the order and delivery process.
Manufacturers have their own product-specific warranty terms. If a customer has a warranty claim, product complaint or another issue related to an order, the customer should contact North Global Oy directly. We will investigate the matter and, where necessary, coordinate its handling with the relevant manufacturer, carrier, freight forwarder, insurer or other service provider.
Our practical experience and established network of manufacturing partners help us support customers throughout the sourcing process. We coordinate the process from product and factory selection through order processing, documentation, international logistics, customs arrangements and delivery.
Our goal is to make international machinery sourcing as clear and manageable as possible for the customer.
Machinery for the European Market
We work with manufacturers to select suitable base models and configurations for the European market.
When selecting the machinery and configurations we offer, we take European market requirements into account and work with manufacturers to obtain the necessary product information and documentation.
Depending on the product and configuration, available documentation and technical requirements may vary. Product-specific information, specifications and available documentation are provided on the relevant product pages or upon request.
Direct Factory Sourcing
Northbull Imports provides customers with an alternative way to source machinery directly from manufacturers while having a Finnish company coordinate the commercial order and delivery process.
Depending on the order, our coordination may include:
- product and configuration selection;
- communication with the manufacturer;
- order processing and payment coordination;
- product and shipping documentation;
- international freight and freight forwarding;
- customs-related arrangements;
- delivery coordination; and
- customer service, claims and warranty communication.
The machinery itself is manufactured by independent manufacturing partners. North Global Oy does not manufacture the products.
A Clear and Transparent Process
We believe that international machinery sourcing should be transparent.
Before placing an order, customers can review the relevant product information, pricing, available configurations, delivery information and applicable terms on our website.
Products are generally manufactured to order based on the selected model, accessories, features and configuration.
Delivery costs are calculated based on factors such as the product, selected accessories and delivery destination and are presented as part of the ordering process before payment.
