Products offered through Northbull Imports are primarily manufactured by independent manufacturing partners. North Global Oy does not itself manufacture the products.

North Global Oy coordinates the commercial order and delivery process, which may include order processing, payments, communication with manufacturers, documentation, international and domestic logistics, freight forwarding, customs-related arrangements, delivery coordination, customer service, claims and warranty-related communication.

Customers should contact North Global Oy directly regarding questions or problems relating to orders placed through Northbull Imports.

3. Product Information and Manufacturer Documentation

Product specifications, technical data, certifications, compliance documentation and warranty information may be based on information and documentation provided by the relevant manufacturer.

North Global Oy makes reasonable efforts to present product information accurately but does not itself manufacture the products.

If a discrepancy, defect, warranty matter or other issue concerning an order arises, the Customer should contact North Global Oy. North Global Oy will investigate the matter and, where necessary, coordinate the process with the relevant manufacturer, carrier, freight forwarder, insurance provider or other third-party service provider.

Nothing in this Legal Notice limits any rights or remedies available to the Customer under applicable mandatory law or the applicable Terms and Conditions of Service and Delivery, Shipping Policy or Returns & Refunds Policy.
