At Northbull Imports, our service does not end when your machine is delivered. We support our customers with warranty matters, product-related issues, and spare parts for machinery ordered through Northbull Imports.
Our long-term relationships with manufacturing partners allow us to coordinate these matters directly with the relevant manufacturer while North Global Oy remains your point of contact.
Warranty
Manufacturers have their own product-specific warranty terms, and the warranty period and coverage may vary depending on the machine and manufacturer.
If you experience a problem with your machine that may be covered by the applicable warranty, contact North Global Oy directly.
To help us investigate the matter efficiently, please provide:
- your order number and machine details;
- a clear description of the problem;
- photos or videos showing the issue, where applicable; and
- any fault codes or other relevant technical information.
We will review the information and, where necessary, coordinate the matter with the relevant manufacturer or other service provider.
Depending on the nature of the issue and the applicable warranty terms, the resolution may involve technical guidance, further diagnostics, replacement parts, repair arrangements, or another appropriate solution.
You do not need to manage the warranty process with an overseas manufacturer on your own. North Global Oy remains your point of contact and coordinates the process with the relevant parties.
Manufacturer warranty terms do not limit any rights you may have under applicable mandatory law.
Spare Parts
We also assist customers with sourcing spare parts for machinery ordered through Northbull Imports.
When requesting a spare part, please provide your order number, machine model, and, where possible, photos or other information that helps identify the required component.
We will help identify the correct part and coordinate the order with the relevant manufacturer.
Spare part pricing, availability, delivery method, and estimated delivery time depend on the manufacturer, the specific component, and the delivery destination. These details will be confirmed before the spare part order is placed.
Long-Term Support
One of the advantages of Northbull Imports is our established relationship with the manufacturers behind the machines we offer.
Our role is not limited to coordinating the original purchase and delivery. If you need assistance with a warranty matter, technical issue, or spare part after delivery, you can continue to contact us directly.
We will help investigate the matter and coordinate the necessary next steps with the relevant manufacturer or service provider.
